Increasing moderation quality and efficiency ensuring the highest quality standards and administration of the content audit process; Daily communication with the client to align expectations; Metric driven, analyzing, and reporting on team productivity and delivery of targets to the Head of the department; Maintaining the internal moderation calendar for the relevant programs; Ensuring auditing and archiving are completed by each moderator, and that this is completed at the end of each program to the required standard; Ensuring that the external moderation deadlines are met, and requisite material provided; Maintaining and evaluating assessment procedures including internal and external moderation; Reviewing external moderation reports and ensuring that action is taken to address any concerns and/or recommendations included in the reports.Have a decent level of English (no English certificate is required but English level should be equivalent to IELTS 7.0); 1 - 2 years of working experience as an operations manager or equivalent role in a BPO (Business -Process Outsourcing) company. Team size: 80 - 100; Used to work in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company is preferable; Have experience working with content management methods and tools; Experience with Google sheets/documents, have good ability to understand/ process data; Thrive in a fast-paced content moderation environment; Analytically-minded and detail-oriented; Have the ability to handle multitasking, can prioritize, and give solutions to conflicts efficiently; Are self-starters and have a high degree of personal responsibility; Demonstrate a positive, can-do, proactive attitude; Enjoy working and contributing as part of a team; Personal traits and self-management skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry.
