As a Guru you will be accountable for:


  • Project Leadership:

+ Leading the the strategic direction and execution of customer product marketing initiatives across all stages of product lifecycle, ongoing customer engagement and monetization.

+ Providing oversight for strategic projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines and budgetary constraints;

  • Planning and Execution:

+ Developing comprehensive project and BAU plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and overseeing the execution to ensure adherence to quality standards and business requirements.

+ Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues, proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

+ Collaborating closely with Product management, Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine the product positioning and messaging that aligns with the core value proposition.

+ Collaborating with Sales, Finance and other cross functional stakeholders to define and refine promotional programs, pricing strategies, and other forms of support to ensure products and services are delivered to customers effectively.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, and external partners, to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implementing robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track BAU and project progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and increase project delivery capabilities.


We're looking for someone who:


  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrates extensive experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects across multiple domains and industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Exhibits strong leadership and management abilities, able to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve project goals and objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and driving alignment towards common project objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrates strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, able to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, and develop innovative solutions and approaches to address them.
  • Analytical Skills: Has strong analytical and decision-making skills, able to analyze complex information, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions to drive project outcomes and performance.
  • Results Orientation: Is results-oriented and driven, with a relentless focus on achieving project milestones, delivering quality results, and exceeding stakeholder expectations..
