• To be responsible for customer order processing including order input, order receiving, local delivery follow up, customers inquiries/ payment checking; handle customer complaints about supply chain/ logistics issues, transportation cost…
• To be responsible for delivery document in compliance with local regulation and business model.
• To be responsible for inventory management (inbound and outbound), and coordinate quarterly stocktaking as well as documentation.
• Other tasks assigned by Line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Female.
• Bachelor degree with major in College/University degree (Major in Logistic/International Business Economics/Foreign trade is an advantage).
• Must understand of Sales process within chemical sector or related field.
• 2-4 years working experience in supply chain management is preferred. Ideally familiar with Trading business model and/or experience with multinational chemical companies.
• Experience in logistics will be an advantage for recruitment.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent using of Microsoft office.
• Good communication, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Hard working, accurate, strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and team work in a multi tasks.
