Mô tả công việc

In charge of all social media platforms (FB, IG, Linkedin, Youtube) and new channel development (i.e., Tiktok, etc…).
In charge and responsible for all accounts by the Group and Properties managed by Bel Group Hospitality.
Strategize, align, and deploy social media and SEO plans.
Coordinating stock of images from the properties.
Handle and collaborate with Designs to ensure digital asset readiness.
Cross-collaborate with Branding personnel to ensure brand look & feel consistency across channels.
Strategize, align, and distribute plans and recommendations on digital performances (Paid, SEO, etc…).
Support managing agencies and ensuring plans conducted and aligned to Group’s and properties’ objectives.
Ensure strategies adopted for each hotel also works amongst hotels within the region and no business-related conflicts (i.e., bidding on same keywords, etc.).
Ensuring insights alignment through research and learning from industry practices.
Collaborate with properties’ marketing communications teams to ensure SEO best practices.
Conduct combined weekly/monthly reporting – analysis and reporting of campaigns, and overall website performance for each property.
Assist with tracking vendor performance and escalating issues where necessary.
Maintain overall properties’ digital budget and related vendor/agency relationships (i.e. Supporting billing and invoicing needs with each individual hotel).
Organized and handle status call to review performance reports as well as set goals and objectives with the agency.
Responsible for setting timelines and goals with the agency as well as ensuring the agency meets all deadlines and goals.
Collaborations in cross-functions brainstorms and development of new projects.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Department Head or Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduate in Universities, Colleges in Marketing, PR, Business or relevant
1-2-year experience in equivalent position, preferably in international brands. Former experience in an international agency is also a plus.
Office Suites (Microsoft Office, Google Suites).
SEO + SEM techniques.
Analytic tools (AdSense, Google Analytics).
Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, xD, Premiere Pro) is preferrable.
Clear concise written and refined verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
Team player and flexible working style.
Highly creative with exceptional analytical abilities that can provide sound business recommendations.
An eye for detail, in the scenario of fast-paced environment.
Honest, straightforward, trustworthy, dedicative
