Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for cost audits of properties managed by the corporation
Periodically inventory and audit / control assets at the properties
Survey the market prices. Compare purchase prices of properties with each other and with market prices.
Controlling the price and reasonableness of the purchase documents of fixed assets (Capex) from the properties to assist the CFO in approving the purchase of fixed assets.
Keep track of slow-moving inventory items kept in stock and promptly report to Line Manager. Recommend methods and procedures to improve loss and waste control in properties and investigate reasons for spoilage and waste.
Periodic monitoring of quarterly/annual inventory of properties including Assets. At the same time, report to the HOD the losses (if any) for timely resolution.
Support properties in setting up purchasing / cost control system.
Support properties to set the existing norm of existing items.
Check, and create product codes into the software according to the operational requirements of the properties.
Check the accuracy of the consumption norms of the dishes/drinks and calculate the reasonableness between the selling price and the cost price.
Implement checking and auditing per general procedures of the Group.
Discuss preliminary findings and recommendations. Proposing to handle and sanction when detecting errors in the checking process.
Evaluate the Group's performance, including risk management activities (risk identification, assessment and management).
Conduct audits of the implementation of the agreed action plan in the internal audit report to ensure that the action plan is implemented appropriately.
Support updating internal checking forms.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Department Head or the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Specialization: Accounting - Auditing
Foreign language: English profession and communication
Professional background: In similar position in a 4-5 star or Hotel management group
Managerial experience: In section manager, team-leader role.
Other needed skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Adapts well; Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and always maintain positive.
Integrity; attention to details, precise.
Business trip (if required).
