Performance marketing support

• Research and propose appropriate placements for (GDN) advertising.
• Propose draft content for advertising on different advertising channels to promote Forbes’ events, campaigns.
• Find & reach out to potential partners or customers to promote Forbes Vietnam’s events, and promotion campaigns and leverage their communities.
• Prepare custom content to post on each partner’s channels for each event/ campaign.

Telemarketing

• Manage the process of naturing marketing leads to ticket buyers
• Follow up the reach-out process to ensure maximum conversion rate.
• Support customers in registering, making payments and other related issues.
• Keep updating the calling scripts to make necessary adjustments.
• Analyze, evaluate, and suggest ongoing and further improvements.

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program or recently graduated in marketing, communications, business administration or similar fields.
• Passion for the marketing research, performance and data analyzing.
• Ability to quickly learn and process information.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Be available for a minimum of 32 hours a week with a commitment of at least 3 months.
