TASKS CLARIFYING
• Provides guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout their stay.
• Greet guests, guide guests to check in, check out, and answer information related to the resort's products and services.
• Grasp information about customers' special requests to serve promptly. Keeps current on resort accommodations, services and area attractions.
• Stays current with developments in the Resort and Promote the Radisson Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
• Responsible for checking and updating all information of guests who have checked in to the software and system.
• Responsible for checking and comparing information on room rates, room types, etc. between the guest's booking records and the system, correcting and reporting to superiors or related departments if detecting discrepancies.
• Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments to handle arising and requests of guests during the night shift.
• Responsible for checking the expenses incurred by the guests at the end of the day, comparing them with the management system software, storing the documents in the guest's file.
• Responsible for performing the "end" of the day on the management software.
• Perform check-in and prepare guest check-out the next day.
• Responsible for checking and sending relevant reports (revenue reports...).
• Adhering to credit control processes, processes customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy.
• Follows hotel policy on cash banks – at all times adheres to credit limits and procedures as set down by the Financial Controller.
• Handling foreign currencies and rely on their exchange rates in order to provide foreign exchange services to guests.
• Identifies and records special billing instruction and notifies Accounting.
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
• Attends any training programs as directed or requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Specialization: Hotel and restaurant management, accounting, service, ...
• Have at least 02 years of in the same position.
• Fluent English communication.
• Computer: Proficient in office computer.
• Other skills: communication, arrangement, presentation, problem solving, handling customer complaints.
• Characteristics: good health, honesty, enthusiasm, support, creativity in work, responsibility.
• Knowledge: Have good knowledge of basic resort, hotel and restaurant products and services.
