Brand Experience & Support
Assist in developing and implementing the brand's overall strategy and positioning.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touch points.
Product Development:
Support the product development process by providing insights on market trends and customer preferences.
Assist in creating product line plans and assortment strategies.
Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to ensure product aligns with brand identity.
Marketing and Communications:
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist in managing the brand's social media presence and digital marketing efforts.
Coordinate with PR and advertising agencies on brand-related initiatives.
Visual Merchandising:
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling in-store experiences that reflect the brand's image.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across all stores.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
Sales Analysis:
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
Team Management:
Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a luxury brand.
Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.
Good interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate effectively both English & Vietnamese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
