Job Description

• Manage staff database, and labor contract database.
• Prepare probation contract, labor contract, contract appendix, resignation, or promotional decision.
• Responsible for annual leave and OT tracking.
• Support HR Lead/Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies. 
• Prepare monthly data for social insurance.
• Assist HR Lead/Manager in annual performance review, promotion programs, staff allowances and bonuses following company policies.
• Advises stakeholders and employees about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to ensure compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.
• Support other administrative and recruiting tasks.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in C&B roles in foreign companies with a strong background in C&B, good knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations.
• Negotiation possibilities regarding the salary offer.
• Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience in working with the HR Management system.
• Mature, careful and result-oriented.
• Able to work well under pressure and to meet targets & deadlines.
• English communication skills.

Work Place: Da Nang.
