As a Partner Manager, you'll be the architect of these powerful partnerships, driving mutual success and shaping the future of the industry.
Partner Manager leads the team of Partner Management, reports to the [Creator Senior Manager] or [Head of Melive]. It is a mid-level managerial position.
2. Key responsibilities
In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to:
- Lead the team to sustainably grow the partner creators (Celeb/KOL/KOC/ and Tiktoker) portfolio, nurturing and maximizing their potential and driving significant revenue increases.
- Lead the planning and execution of: partner acquisition, training and onboarding, livestream performance baseline/campaign, partner care, partner operations, and partner retention.
- Cultivate deep and productive relationships with partner creators, understanding their unique strengths and aligning them with brand needs to create impactful collaborations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and seamless implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial, Performance, and Operations, to conduct planning and execution of baseline and campaign plans to meet the assigned mutual targets (GMV/NMV/Revenue/ROI...).
- Monitor and analyze sales/campaign performance using data analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with partnerships, safeguarding Melive's reputation and ensuring smooth operations.
- Stay tuned and be able to adapt to the fast changing environment of livestream commerce (Tiktokshop, ShopeeLive...)
- Manage and develop the team of Partner Management.Qualifications
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with:
- 7+ years working experience; with
- 4+ years of experience in partnership and/or account management, ideally within the social commerce or influencer marketing space.
- A proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue growth.
- A proven track record of managing a sales/account management team, preferably in a fast moving environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate trust and navigate diverse personalities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ensuring clear understanding and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, anticipating potential challenges and devising effective solutions.
- Good at data analysis and interpretation, utilizing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Passion for social commerce and the power of creators to revolutionize the industry.
- A strong plus if you are used to or have been managing a monthly turn-over target of 10 billions VND or above.Job offers
