Specific accountabilities:
Daily support and follow instructions from Customer Service team leader/ supervisor/ manager to support warehouse operational inbound and outbound activities.
Coordinate with related parties to ensure that daily operations are smooth & effective.
Coordinate with warehouse & transportation teams to prepare required documents for shipment.
Follow up the shipment status
Feedback to customer's concern in a timely manner and support to solve customer's issue effectively
Complete daily reports and send out on time.
Immediately report ad-hoc issue directly to Customer Service supervisor/manager to be consulted once needed.
Support internal & external audits by preparing necessary documents.
Contribute ideas and solutions to lean working process.
Support to train the assigned fields and record
Cycle count participant.

College degree or higher. Logistics major is prioritized.
Equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or TOEIC 750
Experienced with WMS/SAP is extremely prioritized
Experienced with import/export process is prioritized
Good English skills
Good communication and presentation skills
MS office skills (excel and power point)
