The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring effective execution of delegated tasks.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and take meeting minutes.
- Assist the CEO in communicating and assigning tasks to departments, following up to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop the CEO’s personal brand and enhance corporate branding on platforms such as LinkedIn, Fanpage, YouTube, and through association activities.
- Support internal communication initiatives, CSR activities, company events, and team-building programs in coordination with the HR team
- Prepare and consolidate professional management reports for the CEO and BOD; collect and analyze reports from departments.
- Participate in VIP customer and partner care, and support special projects as assigned.
