Research and solve issues with orders and customers in a timely manner such as shipping delays, customer problems, obtaining the correct information from the customer to provide assistance
Work on forecast from each customer, match with factory capacity and resources. Monitor and analyze customer&039;s usage of products
Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Responsible for additional duties and projects as assigned by Sourcing and Purchasing Manager and Director
Manage and follow up customer orders from order receipt to order delivery. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding the order status, ensure they receive the goods on time and in good condition
Respond to customer requests/inquiries for product information or claim/feedback via phone,email....
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong customer service skills, able to articulate and understand requests or issues
Proficient use of English and Microsoft Office
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or account management
Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering (is a plus)
