Mô tả công việc
Act as a contact point for both employees and line managers for HR related matters and coordinate for resolution.
Develop & execute recruiting plans and recruiting process.
Carry out special requests/projects and any other work as assigned.
Participate in development of HR objectives and systems.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Keep relevant internal systems/reports updated timely and correctly.
Ensure all HR procedures related to recruitment, internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions are implemented properly & professionally.
Co- ordinate and arrange administration for all chains in HR process from the stage of planning, hiring, developing, managing performance to the stage of releasing so that all documents, reports, contracts, forms, approvals are prepared/obtained and recorded correctly and timely.
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process, choosing the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources.
Generate memo/guideline/updates for all changes/updates relevant to C&B to internal staffs in timely manner.

Must be accurate and efficient, high energy. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, management and decision- making skills
Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staff at all levels.
Graduated College or University, in human resources, Business Administration or a related field is a requirement for this position.
Strong communication skills and able to build effective relationships
Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS programs.
Broad knowledge and experience in employment, organizational planning and development, employee relations, training and development and office administration.
At least 2- 3 year experience in HR field.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Good attention to detail
