Reponsible for executed the loan on time, ensure the liquidity of company

- In charge of due diligent process of Financial institution, ensure provide reasonable information to successfully establish the credit limit and transactions limit.

- Review and negotiate agreement terms such as interest rate and others term

- Complete required documents in order successfully draw down loans

- Follow financial covenants and periodical reports to Lenders, promptly detect and propse solution in case of breach of covenants.

- Collect information from financial institution to propose appropriate lines

- Perform KYC procedures when required

- Maintain and develop relationships with investors/financial institutions

- Continuously update and monitor money market movements & domestic and international macro outlook to propose optimal borrowing plans in order to optimize funding cost

- Support Unit Head of Financial Institutions Relationship in training junior staffs

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or any relevant fields

- Relevant certifications, e.g. CFA, CPA, ACCA or MBA is a plus

Experience

- At least 03 years’ experience working in Banks or Finance Companies (Treasury, Investment Banking, ALM)

Skills

- Good oral & written communication skilsl in Vietnamese & English

- Negotiation & compromise skill with partners

- Analytical/ Decision making skills

- Problem solving skills

- Time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

- Understanding of Finance company procedure is a plus
