EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of Assistant to CFO with the following details:
1. Personal Assistant
- Provide high-level administrative support to the VP, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the VP.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Review and check all financial documents and reports before submission to the CFO.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Monitor and remind stakeholders of deadlines for financial reporting and other tasks set by VP.
2. Finance
- Assist the CFO in handling financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare and compile financial data, reports, and summaries as needed.
- Deliver financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and track the progress of financial projects assigned by the VP.
- Liaise with other departments to collect necessary information and ensure project progress.
- Provide regular updates to the VP on project status and timelines.
3. Other Tasks
- Complete all tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Degree / Certification
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance/Banking or a related field.
2. Relevant Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an FP&A position or similar position.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Assistant position or similar position.
3. Relevant Knowledge & Skill
- Have an enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous, and observant spirit.
- Good at communication.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
4. Foreign Language
- Good in English communication.
5. Usage of Office Equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office skills.
