Mô tả công việc
The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
- Prepare and arrange training-related materials and facilities as required.
- Organize training activities and inform training calendar for the participants.
- Keep accurate training records that are comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Translate training materials.
- Be a trainer for internal English classes.
- Other duties assigned by HR Advisor - Training.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor Degree in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Other Requirements:
- Training & Development experience is advantageous.
- Fluent in spoken English, strong English writing skills.
- Strong Computing skills in full suite of MS Applications.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
