Monitor and manage the journey and progress of goods and products.
Resolve conflicts and problems that arise related to goods and products during transportation.
Carry out customs-related procedures such as declaration, shipping documents or other related paperwork.
Monitor the progress of export goods; Coordinate with relevant units and suppliers to ensure export progress.
Check the suitability of customs clearance documents, prepare shipping documents (Customs declaration, Contract, Packing list, Invoice, C/O, B/L, ...);
Monitor outstanding debts with partners;
Handle issues related to goods and documents with relevant parties;
Professional reporting, record keeping;
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.

University graduate with major in Import-Export and related majors.
Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar position.
Agile style, polite attitude, good communication and information transfer skills.
Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-controlled, careful, meticulous and responsible for work.
Proficient in using Excel, Word, ... and related software.
Good communication skills in English and ability to write reports in English.
