- Quận 7 TP HCM
Mô tả công việc
- Carry out check - in and check – out process.
- Update occupancy & unit status details on the computer system, giving copies to authorized parties.
- Check and register any tenant’s visitors, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained, i.e., passport, ID card, etc.
- Receive all complaints / requests from tenants and forward to relevant departments or report directly to Line Manager. Keep tracking of the cases until it is resolved.
- Answer the telephone promptly and clearly in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Follow up, record, read, process information within authority and keep the FO Logbook up to date daily.
- Prepare any key cards for the next day’s tenant arrivals
- Receive tenant’s payment and issue a proper receipt
- Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in English, fluent communication skills
- Graduated from college/university in related field
- Have more than 6 months experience in similar role is an advantage
- Able to work in shifts: Shift 1: 6am-2pm, Shift 2: 2pm-10pm, or Shift 3: 10pm-6am (4 times/month)
