College or University graduation in Economics, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
Proficient in using the Internet, Microsoft Office, and specialized software.
Good at adapting, self- management, and handling pressure.
Disciplined, detail- oriented, dynamic, and eager to learn and improve.
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem- solving skills.
Desire for long- term engagement.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
At least 1 year of working experience in import- export or logistics.
