PROJECT MANAGER - Onboard sau tết âm

I. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a global development system.
• Conduct project analysis.
• Plan, track, and coach project teams.
• Manage team operations and resources.
• Collaborate with clients.
• Report to the Division Manager.

II. REQUIREMENT

We value candidates who possess:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT outsourcing field.
• Experience managing fixed-cost projects with a scale of $20MM or more (Agile/Hybrid model).
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent project management abilities, including estimating, planning, organizing, and leading.
• High responsibility, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, communicative, and daring-to-lead mindset.
• Solid knowledge and experience in the software development process, including planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience working with US, UK, or Korean customers and an understanding of customer collaboration.
