About Our Client

The Client is a leading marketplace with a mission to impact millions of people's lives.

Job Description

Work with the team to plan the company's annual marketing objectives and initiatives, which are in line with the directions from BOD
Develop strategies for the Marketing department that support the company goals
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Set, monitor and report on team performance and propose timely action plans
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Analyze user journeys, pain points, determine user personas, and keep track of competitor moves to propose meaningful business actions
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Coordinate with Sales and Product in cross-functional projects to drive the business results
Lead and inspire the marketing department to enhance both team performance and individual productivity

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 7 years of work in 360 marketing and at least 5 years of experience in people and P&L management.
Proven track record of building and rolling out successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Profound knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
Self-driven, hands-on, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for driving results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experiences in tech platforms and the marketplace are highly preferred.
