- Enter new employee information on the system, notify new employees to relevant units, and on internal communication channels.
- Prepare documents and procedures for new employees.
- Searching and building a source of potential candidates for specific positions.
- Update job descriptions of all departments/ sections.
- Update documents on the HRM system
- Prepare monthly Headcount report. Update weekly/monthly recruitment reports on time and accurately.
- Monitor and update seminars/ job fair programs of relevant training units and propose to participate in appropriate programs.
- Manage the usage of recruitment agencies, recruitment tools, and candidate pool quality of internal & external job ads websites to ensure optimum value is delivered.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing employer branding activities based on the company’s strategies to make Employer Branding & attract potential candidates.
- Perform other tasks under the recruitment department as assigned by management.
