Job Description
- Responsible for managing and driving sales team to meet company assigned targets.
- Develop opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans.
- Analyze, prepare and monitor annual budget plans.
- Prepare unique sales plans, create engaging advertisements, emails, develop pricing strategies and promote brand name via exhibitions.
- Analyze market data and trends to draft reports.
- Maintain customer relations via regular visits, providing timely consultation and support.
- Ensure all samples quality and in time delivery.
- Ensure smooth process for sample developments to transfer to mass production.
- In charge of recruiting, training, coaching, and managing Sales teams.
- Propose ideas to General Director to ensure business efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned by General Director.
- Having 6+ years of sales experience in metallurgy or related industries
- At least 3+ years in management.
- Strong financial acumen and market intelligence.
- Proficient in consultative selling with a solid understanding of technical drawings.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
