Objective:

The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to ensure stakeholders have accurate, timely, and meaningful information. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis

• Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Identify key metrics and track business performance against goals

2. Reporting and Visualization:

• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data effectively.
• Prepare recurring reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support business operations.
• Create ad-hoc reports in response to management requests.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reports and dashboards.

3. Process Improve and Efficiency

• Work with cross-functional team to develop scripts or processes to automate data extraction, reporting, and visualization.
• Identify opportunities for improving data workflows and reporting efficiency.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Work Experiences:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science or related field

Knowledges & Competency

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of Healthcare environment is an advantage
