The Opportunity

As a Senior Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the internal and external communications strategy for our organization to ensure operational efficiency and support thought leadership. You will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling content that engages employees, customers and business partners. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all internal and external communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Position Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, playing a vital role in our transformation and engagement agenda at Manulife Vietnam.
Effectively communicate organizational initiatives and projects to the public, employees, and stakeholders.
Craft engaging and factual content in English and Vietnamese, focusing on creative storytelling for both internal and external communications.
Plan, edit, and curate content for various communication channels like newsletters, LinkedIn, town halls, events, and regular memos.
Draft impactful messages, talking points, and speeches for senior executives, in written or spoken form.
Ensure consistency in internal communications across departments, aligning with external communication messages.
Manage internal communication during crisis situations affecting organizational perception and reputation.
Collaborate with the Public Relations team and handle designated external communications.
Liaise with regional or global offices on corporate communication matters as necessary.
Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
Manage & execute other ad-hoc projects when being assigned

What We Are Looking For

Personal Attributes and Culture Fit
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and translating skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in technology and tools for internal communication, including email marketing software, intranet platforms, Microsoft Teams, and social media.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant communications experience
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

Thành lập năm 1998, CÔNG TY CP TẬP ĐOÀN VAS NGHI SƠN hiện nay là một hệ thống gồm các nhà máy luyện phôi và cán thép với tổng công suất mỗi năm: 4.350.000 tấn phôi thép vuông; 2.500.000 tấn thép xây dựng. Sản phẩm thép VAS đã được chứng nhận phù hợp quy chuẩn: QCVN:2011/ BKHCN đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam (TCVN), tiêu chuẩn Nhật Bản (JIS), tiêu chuẩn Hoa Kỳ (ASTM).

Để khẳng định thép do VAS sản xuất luôn đạt chất lượng cao và ổn định, các sản phẩm thường xuyên được kiểm soát nghiêm ngặt bởi hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO9001:2008 và một phòng thí nghiệm hiện đại với các thiết bị kiểm tra theo tiêu chuẩn Châu Âu ISO/IEC 17025:2005

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 1998, Công ty TNHH MTV Thép VAS An Hưng Tường thành lập, là hệ thống nhà máy luyện phôi và cán thép. Tổng công suất luyện 500.000 tấn/năm và công suất cán 250.000 tấn/năm.

Năm 2007, Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn VAS Nghi Sơn hiện nay là Chủ đầu tư Khu liên hợp Gang thép Nghi Sơn thành lập với công suất 3.150.000 tấn phôi và 1.500.000 tấn thép xây dựng/năm.

Năm 2007, Công ty Cổ phần Thép Đà Nẵng thành lập có tổng diện tích 12,8 ha với dây chuyền luyện thép bằng công nghệ lò điện hồ quang rót đáy lệch tâm có công suất 200.000 tấn/năm, cùng với lò tinh luyện LF, máy đúc liên tục 2 dòng cho ra các sản phẩm chất lượng được các đối tác trong và ngoài nước đánh giá cao như Phôi thép vuông 100x100 đến 130x130 (mm) với các mác thép cacbon thấp, trung bình như BCT38, BCT51 và các mác thép hợp kim thấp độ bền cao: SD295, SD390, CB300, CB400, CB400V, … .
Năm 2018, Công ty TNHH MTV Thép VAS Nghi Sơn thành lập với 100% vốn sở hữu của Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn VAS Nghi Sơn.
Năm 2008, Công ty TNHH Thép VAS Việt Mỹ hiện nay là một hệ thống các nhà máy cán thép thành lập, với tổng công suất đạt 250.000 tấn/ năm.
Năm 2010, Công ty CP Thép VAS Tuệ Minh thành lập, là hệ thống nhà máy luyện phôi và cán thép
Năm 2017, Công ty TNHH Cảng Tổng hợp quốc tế Nghi Sơn được thành lập với 100% vốn sở hữu của Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn VAS Nghi Sơn có khả năng tiếp nhận tàu chở hàng tổng hợp tải trọng đến 70.000 DWT giảm tải và chở hàng container tải trọng đến 30.000 DWT, tàu chở hàng lỏng đến 70.000 DWT.

Mission

Công ty CP Tập đoàn VAS Nghi Sơn đặt mục tiêu trở thành nhà cung cấp hàng đầu các sản phẩm thép và các sản phẩm liên quan tại Việt Nam. VAS Nghi Sơn cam kết mang đến cho khách hàng những sản phẩm chất lượng cao, đồng thời đem đến những giá trị vượt trội và đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng. Ngoài ra, VAS Nghi Sơn cũng tập trung vào việc đầu tư cho đội ngũ nhân sự, đào tạo và phát triển họ để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm cũng như dịch vụ khách hàng.
