We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to support our Trade Marketing and Brand Activation activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, execution-focused marketing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, promotions, events, and marketing operations across the field.1. Brand Visibility & POSM Support

• Work with the Product & Marketing team to develop simple, engaging marketing materials for clinics and doctors.
• Coordinate with Sales and vendors to ensure timely production, delivery, and stock tracking of POSM (point-of-sale materials).
• Join field visits to review display setups, collect insights, and identify improvement opportunities.

2. Event & Activation Support (2–5 per quarter)

• Assist in planning and executing seminars, health talks, and brand activation events.
• Follow up on checklists and action items with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Support basic post-event tasks: data collection, photos, and reporting.

3. Promotion Program Support

• Assist in communicating promotional programs to Sales and relevant teams.
• Monitor execution in the field and help track basic performance indicators.
• Provide feedback or initial ideas for improvement based on observation.

4. Operations & Reporting

• Maintain simple documentation: promo plans, contracts, invoices, and payment records.
• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on visibility, promotion, and activation performance.
• Ensure files and records are organized and up to date for internal review.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Final-year student, fresh graduate, or junior marketer (up to 1 year of experience).
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to learn, support, and grow across both planning and field marketing tasks.
• Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
• Able to travel for field/clinic visits when needed.
