- Giám sát, phân công và đánh giá hiệu suất của nhân viên QC.
- Trực tiếp kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm (đầu vào, trong quá trình sản xuất và thành phẩm).
- Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh về chất lượng và cùng các bộ phận liên quan tìm nguyên nhân, đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục.
- Lập báo cáo, đánh giá chất lượng và đề xuất các cải tiến.
- Đảm bảo hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (QMS) của công ty được tuân thủ.

- Dây chuyền sản xuất: Thịt chế biến, Trà, Tempeh --> Làm việc tại Nhà máy Tân Phú
- Control and ensure product quality compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee quality inspections from raw materials to finished products.
- Monitor the implementation of quality control systems and continuously improve quality management processes.
- Manage and update quality documentation, ensuring adherence to SSOP, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Regularly review and refine control procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure that work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOP) are properly followed.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective (CAR) and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Supervise and train the QC team to strengthen their inspection skills.
- Assign tasks effectively and evaluate the performance of QC personnel.
- Ensure that QC personnel fully understand and follow quality control procedures.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to investigate the root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Evaluate and control the quality of raw materials from suppliers to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Analyze quality data and propose improvement initiatives to optimize the quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, 5S, and workplace hygiene regulations.
- Maintain adherence to occupational safety policies and ensure a high-quality production environment.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
