I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

1. Support in Financial Planning:

• Collect financial data from departments like Sales, Operations, and Marketing for analysis.
• Perform detailed analysis to identify trends and provide data-driven insights for financial planning.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

2. Risk Analysis:

• Identify potential financial risks by analyzing market trends and internal data.
• Prepare risk assessment reports and present them to senior management.

3. Scenario Planning:

• Develop multiple financial scenarios based on different business environments.
• Analyze the impact of various scenarios on the company‘s financial health.
• Present scenario analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making.

4. Bank and Financial Institution Liaison:

• Gather financial data from ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and other internal sources.
• Verify the accuracy of the data to ensure reliable financial reporting.
• Consolidate data into comprehensive financial reports for review by the FP&A team.

5. Prepare Financial Reports:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure that financial reports comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Review and edit financial reports to ensure clarity and accuracy before submission to management.

6. Securities Transactions and Collateral Management:

• Track daily cash inflows and outflows to maintain an accurate cash flow position.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports to monitor liquidity.
• Identify cash flow trends and suggest adjustments to improve liquidity management.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge:

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Auditing, Accounting or other analytical disciplines; ACCA/CPA preferred.

2. Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Full Financial Statements IFRS/US GAAP experience.
• Having knowledge on foreign accounting tools is an advantage (Quickbook/ ERP).
• Analytical Tool: Proficient in Excel, Power BI. SQL/Python is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English.

Soft Skills:

• Partnering: interpersonal skill, influence.
• Entrepreneurship: result focused, ownership.
• Efficiency: solution oriented, fast.
• Positive thinker: eager to learn,self-researcher, role model.

3. Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in Big4 or other professional firm is plus or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
