II. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Experience
  •  5+ years of professional experience in multinational corporations, dedicated to roles related to data cleansing and data migration projects as part of big ERP migration programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamic is a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and successfully delivering realistic data cleansing & migration concepts and solutions as part of ERP migrations.
  • Experience in understanding, developing, and enforcing data quality standards as part of the data cleansing journey.
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus.
• Education
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Major in Finance and Accounting/Business Administration/Economics/Computer science.
• Skill
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems, business process and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results.
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
