Position Summary:
Responsible for the business development of Parker Chomerics product in ASEAN. Responsible for the revenue growth in the assigned territory and customer account. Perform design-in activity in OEM customers directly or through distribution channels. Co-ordinate with global counterparts to secure the global transferred projects and explore share gains opportunities. Build and maintains good and long-term relationship with key customers at multiple level and negotiate skillfully with key customers on technical specifications, prices and business share. Communicate effectively with different department within the company to facilitate good business support to customer. Perform timely sales report to management. Be energetic and provide a good image to customers.
Works proactively with appropriate division management and related support departments to ensure timely customer expectation are met or exceeded. Work closely with operational team, including customer services, to ensure sales cycle is completed. Represents the Company at trade shows and other professional activities.

Job Responsibility:
- Develops and maintains strong client relationships with OEM/ODM/EMS customers. Ensures Parker Chomerics products are specified in product design to maintain and increase revenue. Individual business acumen to prioritize the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales and margin results.
- Helps drive new account development and share gain opportunities in the assigned territory, with clear focus on the identified market(s).
- Obtains specification and approval at engineering firm, major accounts and/or distributors assigned to develop increased sales opportunities and margins.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of group/divisional products, applications, features, advantages and benefits. Remains current with relevant internal and external training and development.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide reports on a regular and/or monthly basis. Keeps management aware of changes which would or might affect the sales and future development of Parker Chomerics products. Participate in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies.
- Conducts and participate in conference calls with global sales and operational teams to facilitate/report sales opportunities and have market/customer information sharing, on a regular and/or monthly basis.
- Assist the divisions in planning strategy to provide the products and service required for their assigned accounts. Actively support cross divisional and other group product with proper referral.
- Provide product training at the distributor and customer levels. Motivate and provide sales direction to the distributors. Assist in the conversion of competitive accounts to Parker Chomerics.
Qualifications:
- College degree major in chemical or electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering. Other degree with technical discipline can be accepted if the subjects are excellent.
- Able to speak and write effectively in English is a must and able to read and speak in Mandarin will be a strength.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales.
- Teamwork spirit, service mindset, and business developing/selling skill.
- Highly discipline and independent individual who take ownership in his/her work.
- Knowledge in EMI/EMC, Dispensing, Thermal Management, are deem as an advantage.
