Adecco's client, a media company is looking for a Business Development Manager who is in charge of procure and supply music and recreation resources.
Job Responsibilities
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Advise and formulate business strategies for the organization
- Analyze the organization's internal and external business environments
- Participate with the Board of Directors to establish overall goals, business & product strategies
- Seek and identify potential resource partners
- Work directly and negotiate business development issues with resource partners
- Coordinate with other departments to execute contracts and make payments
- Establish relationships with potential partners
- Coordinate with partners to monitor contract execution to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain good relations with partners and seek new collaboration opportunities
- Manage and secure internal data sources
- Promptly detect risks and develop mitigation plans
- Coordinate relevant departments to implement risk management plans
- Support implementation, monitor effectiveness and optimize business results of projects
- Support necessary activities for project implementation
- Monitor and evaluate business effectiveness
- Take responsibility for completing market and competitor research
- Proactively update business trends, new collaborations and effectiveness
- Develop KPIs and evaluate subordinates' work performance
- Directly guide and train employees to improve capabilities and performance
- Explore and provide solutions to motivate and engage employees
- Proficient in English, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
- Preference for 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience and knowledge in project management
- In-depth knowledge of the content business market
- Basic knowledge of business administration
- Knowledge of copyrights and intellectual property rights
- Strategic thinking, logical thinking
- Planning and monitoring plan implementation skills
- Personnel management and training skills
- Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Analytical, situational handling and decision-making skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- University/college graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
