- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional way
- Under the guidance, training, and supervision of the Butler team. Perform interaction with guests to enhance the service experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.).
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, and inform Butlers accordingly (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) so we can make arrangements or identify appropriate providers.
- Learn and practice the procedure of how to Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Introduce, gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and local activities.
- Observe and practice procedures to appropriately collaborate with individuals or departments (e.g., Bellman, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Provide Food & Beverage service during Breakfast and Evening Cocktail time at Sheraton Club Lounge.
