Maintain and clean the fitness center and recreation area
Wipe down fitness equipment and the swimming pool
Remove towels, trash, and debris from the fitness center
Ensure an adequate supply of cups and water in the recreation area
Clean fitness and recreation area restrooms and showers
Manage and distribute towels for guests
Obtain, fold, and stack towels per company procedures
Distribute lockers and towels to guests
Inventory and inspect supplies and equipment
Conduct inventory and inform supervisor of low supplies
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
Provide information and assistance to guests
Inform guests about available facilities and activities
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere
Explain and enforce facility rules and regulations
Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive
Comply with company policies and safety
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
Protect company assets
Deliver excellent customer service
Welcome and acknowledge guests per standards
Anticipate and address guests' needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Use clear, professional language
Answer phones appropriately

Education and Experience
Degree of English/Hospitality/Tourism other relevant major
Good communication both in English and Vietnamese
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service focus
Ability to multi-task
Able to work shifts
Experience of a similar position in 4 or 5-star hotels is preferred
