Your Job

To enhance quality control at Molex's contracted manufacturing site (SYT), ensuring process and product quality for transferred production from incoming materials to OQC. Act as a bridge between SYT production line and Molex Zhuhai QA, providing real-time quality status updates.

Our Team

The QA Engineer will work within the DataCom & Specialty Solutions division, collaborating with both internal and external contacts. Internally, this includes RD, PE/Supervisor/Leader, PM, PLM, PMC, Sourcing, field sales, marketing, IT, and the Warehouse. Externally, the role involves regular interaction with customers and suppliers, focusing on quality.

What You Will Do

• Address product non-conformity by organizing resources for quality solutions, risk assessment, containment, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness verification.
• Enhance product shipping quality by controlling 4M1E to prevent batch Quality Issues and reduce RMA rates.
• Manage customer complaints, RMA, and service by coordinating resources to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct and prepare for customer audits.
• Implement Zhuhai quality requirements and communicate quality cases.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Optical Communication, Physics, or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the optical, electric, or mechanical industry.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of 5W2H, 7QC tools, 8D, GR&R, FMEA.

• Proficiency in English for meetings and email communication.
• Knowledge of optical components and subsystems.
