Role Description

1. Identify the potential business opportunities and develop execution plans

2. Approach and foster strong relation with the clients, business partners and reputed organizations to expand business relations and spread out the reputation of HAN SPACE as an innovative company in the industry

3. Observe and understand the needs of clients in order to provide them with insightful advises; at the same time provide internal project team with suitable strategy to approach the project

4. Negotiate with clients for the best and balanced benefits for both parties; contract review

5. Coordinate effectively with internal project team and ensure to deliver quality products to the clients, hence increase the rate of returning clients

6. Update continuously about the industry's information and trends, hence propose innovative ideas to develop the company

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/ Interior Design/ Architecture/ Civil Engineer

2. Language Skills: Fluent English, Fluency in other languages would be an advantage

3. Skills & Experience required:

- At least 2-year experience in similar positions

- Strong relations in the Design & Build industry

- Good business mind-set and strong ability to identify & adapt with the fluctuate market and trends

- Excellent skill to convince and negotiate with others (both clients and internal team) and a good nature to connect people

- A firm knowledge of the Office Design & Build industry to convincingly advise the clients

- Being open-minded to research & learn and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must.
