Testing: Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop.
Test Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
Performance Testing: Perform performance and load testing to ensure the software meets performance criteria.
Documentation: Create detailed and clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
Experience in testing software across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
