Handle OOG and project-relating cargo mainly.
Dailly contact with agents, vendors, customers to follow up and handle cargo smoothly from beginning to completion
Resource rates and negotiate/bargain rates with third party provider (TPP)
Work with commercial person in charge to create quotation for clients
Arrange other documents relating to quotation offering/bidding process
Support commercial person in charge to take care current and new clients
Dailly operation with internal system to monitor shipments.
Follow instructions from commercial person in charge, BOD & HQ.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree either in Marine Transportation or Foreign Trade or Economics or Logistics Management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
Having knowledge of handling both free-hand and nominated shipments, including both import and export, especially project shipments
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel.
Able to communicate and write well in English and and/or can speak additional foreign languages, particularly Mandarin
Knowledge on operations process and support commercial person in charge to coordinate with the accounting department to follow up payments.
Effective communication skill
