- Create and implement comprehensive engagement programs: Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, productivity, and retention.
- Analyze current engagement levels: Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess the current state of employee engagement within the organization.
- Facilitate effective communication: Ensure there is open and transparent communication between employees and management.
- Celebrate achievements: Coordinate recognition programs to celebrate employee milestones, achievements, and contributions.
- Support employee well-being: Advocate for programs and policies that support mental and physical health.
- Work closely with People stakeholders: Collaborate with People stakeholders to align engagement initiatives with broader People strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in HR/Event/Communication (prefer agency background).
- Hand-on experience in survey, event and communication.
- Ideal candidates have knowledge and experience managing website, Facebook, Linkedin and working with Google analytics.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written English and Vietnamese.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.

Sau 10 năm xây dựng và phát triển không ngừng, hiện nay công ty đã mở rộng các lĩnh vực kinh doanh, cụ thể :
- Trở thành đại lý cấp 1 của Công ty CP Cơ khi xây dựng giao thông Tracomeco. Là đơn vị hàng đầu phân phối các dòng sản phẩm xe khách, xe bus 29, 34, 39, 37, 40, 47 ghế, 38, 40, 42 giường. Tất cả nội thất, ngoại thất và linh, phụ kiện đều được nhập khẩu 100% từ Hyundai Hàn Quốc do nhà máy Tracomeco lắp ráp và sản xuất.
