Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the company, an ambitious and rapidly growing consumer goods company. This visionary leader will drive business performance, oversee critical business transformation initiatives, and scale the organization rapidly in line with the company’s growth goals. The CEO will work closely with the executive team to foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and operational excellence, positioning the company for long-term success in an increasingly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Drive growth strategy: Lead the development and execution of an aggressive, data-driven growth strategy focused on rapidly increasing market share, expanding product lines, and entering new markets.
- Revenue generation: Focus on scaling business operations to achieve significant year-over-year growth in revenue and profitability, ensuring strong market positioning.
- Market expansion: Lead efforts to explore new geographical markets, product categories, and customer segments, establishing Company as a dominant player in the consumer goods sector.
- Brand development: Position the brand as innovative, customer-centric, and aligned with emerging consumer trends, ensuring product and service offerings resonate with target markets.
Business Transformation & Operational Excellence
- Lead transformation initiatives: Spearhead efforts to modernize business operations through technology, process optimization, and innovation. Drive the adoption of digital tools and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- Process optimization: Streamline internal processes, supply chain management, and production capabilities to ensure scalability and operational excellence, particularly in the context of rapid growth.
- Culture of innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to embrace new technologies and approaches to drive business performance.
- Agility in execution: Ensure the company remains agile and adaptable in responding to market shifts, consumer preferences, and competitive pressures, making strategic adjustments to the business model as needed.
Scaling & Growth Management
- Operational scalability: Oversee the scaling of operations, ensuring that infrastructure, processes, and resources are in place to support fast growth while maintaining quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Team and talent management: Build and lead a high-performing executive team capable of executing the company’s vision. Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across all functions, ensuring leadership capabilities align with the company’s rapid scaling needs.
- Financial oversight: Ensure financial discipline and effective capital management during the scaling process, managing cash flow, profitability, and investment in growth initiatives. Develop sustainable financial plans to support scaling.
- Customer experience: Lead the charge on delivering an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring customer loyalty and retention are prioritized in the growth strategy.
Partnerships & External Relationships
- Forge strategic partnerships: Identify and develop key partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to drive growth, innovation, and market expansion. Build relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, distributors, and other key partners.
- Investor relations: Maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, clearly articulating the company’s vision for growth, business transformation, and scaling efforts.
Leadership & Corporate Culture
- Lead by example: Model the company’s values and maintain a leadership style that fosters transparency, collaboration, and innovation. Cultivate an organizational culture that is agile, performance-driven, and deeply committed to growth and transformation.
- Talent development: Ensure robust leadership and talent development programs are in place to support both immediate needs and future scalability.
- Employee engagement: Create a culture of empowerment where employees at all levels are motivated to contribute to the company’s success and transformation.
Financial and Performance Management
- P&L management: Take full ownership of the company’s financial performance, ensuring profitability while reinvesting in key business areas to support long-term growth.
- Key metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business, ensuring progress toward scaling goals, financial targets, and operational efficiencies.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks associated with rapid scaling, including operational, financial, and market risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years in senior leadership positions, with a proven track record in leading growth, business transformation, and scaling operations in the consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling businesses quickly, managing P&L, and overseeing strategic initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Experience in leading digital transformation, operational efficiencies, and innovative product or market expansions.
- Strong background in investor relations, financial strategy, and risk management in a high-growth context.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in scaling organizations and managing growth through process improvement, technology adoption, and innovation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing key stakeholders.
- Experience managing large teams and fostering a high-performance culture in a rapidly evolving company.
