The Job
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies, as well as experience with Jenkins automation tool. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, monitoring infrastructure and managing cloud-based environments.
- Design, develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Develop and implement infrastructure automation using tools such as Chef and Ansible
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts using tools such as Dynatrace and New Relic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve infrastructure performance and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues as needed
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities as required
- Stay current with DevOps technologies, trends, and best practices
- Ensure infrastructure and code meet functional and technical requirements
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineer
- Strong experience with Jenkins, including pipeline creation and maintenance
- Maintaining and developing CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Chef and Ansible
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Have a strong sense of Security
- Have knowledge of security system scanning such as SAST, DAST, IAST
- Has exposure to Vulnerability Management
- Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP, DHCP, TCP, IP, RSYNC, ASPERA, FM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and principles
- Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills
- English skills: equivalent to Toeic 800, be able to comprehend technical documents in English
Nice to have:
- Jenkins certifications
- Experience with CDN system
- Experienced in at least one programming language (.NET, C#, Java, Python)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Perl
- Experience with modern logging and monitoring solutions (ELK/Loki, Grafana/Prometheus, Dynatrace...)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle.

Lịch sử thành lập
- Năm 1873, Gerard Heineken khởi nghiệp với xưởng bia gia đình. Chất lượng sản phẩm giúp xưởng nhanh chóng phát triển và thành công.
- Năm 1886, Được tạo ra từ thế kỷ 19, đến nay men A độc đáo vẫn là chìa khóa tạo nên hương vị đặc trưng của các sản phẩm Heineken.
- Năm 1920, Thương hiệu Heineken công bố chiến dịch truyền thông có sức ảnh hưởng đầu tiên trong Thế Vận Hội Olympic 1928 ở Amsterdam. Đây là tờ áp phích với dòng chữ “Bia Heineken” gắn trên một chiếc máy bay nhỏ, bay bên trên đám đông người hâm mộ.
- Năm 1947, Heineken mở nhà máy bia đầu tiên ở Đông Nam Á. Nhà máy bia Surabaya ở Đông Ấn thuộc Hà Lan (Indonesia hiện nay) là cánh cửa để Heineken đến châu Á.
- Năm 1954, Heineken giới thiệu một nhãn hiệu duy nhất trên tất cả các thị trường toàn cầu, với thông điệp rõ ràng: một thương hiệu, một loại bia, một bảo chứng chất lượng.
- Năm 1991, Cùng với hợp đồng liên doanh với Công ty Thực phẩm Công nghệ (nguyên là công ty thành viên của Tổng Công ty Thương mại Sài Gòn SATRA), Heineken đã bắt đầu hoạt động tại Việt Nam với Nhà máy đầu tiên ở Hóc Môn.
- Năm 1993, Tiger – thương hiệu bia nổi tiếng nhất tại Việt Nam – lần đầu tiên được sản xuất trong nước.
- Năm 1994, Đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng quốc tế, nhà máy Hóc Môn lần đầu tiên sản xuất bia Heineken.
- Năm 2007, HEINEKEN Việt Nam mở rộng bằng cách mua lại 3 nhà máy bia tại Đà Nẵng, Quảng Nam & Tiền Giang.
- Năm 2016, HEINEKEN Việt Nam được Phòng Thương mại & Công nghiệp Việt Nam (VCCI) công nhận là một trong ba công ty phát triển bền vững nhất trong 5 năm liên tiếp. Sau khi mua lại Nhà máy bia Vũng Tàu, HEINEKEN Việt Nam bắt đầu xây dựng nhà máy bia lớn nhất và thân thiện với môi trường nhất tại Việt Nam.
- Năm 2019, Sau nhiều năm hoạt động với 2 doanh nghiệp riêng biệt, công ty miền Bắc và miền Nam đã sáp nhập thành một HEINEKEN Việt Nam.
- Năm 2020, Bia Việt ra đời, tôn vinh sự đa dạng và những giá trị tốt đẹp của người Việt. HEINEKEN Việt Nam đạt Giải thưởng Chất lượng lần thứ 12, từ khi giải thưởng này bắt đầu vào năm 2002.
- Năm 2021, HEINEKEN Việt Nam kỷ niệm 30 năm thành lập, đóng góp vào sự phát triển thịnh vượng của đất nước trong ba thập kỷ qua.
