The position is responsible for ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class guest service experiences. Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve the overall rating. Responding to guest’s needs and anticipating their unstated ones

• Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared before check-in
• Coordinate luggage collection and storage
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks, and check on progress
• Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
• Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see

More information on interview

- At least two-year working experience in the Front office department

- Degree in Hospitality Management or related certificate

- Fluent communication in English and/or another language is preferred

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and OPERA System - Problem-solving and organizational abilities

- 02 months probation, receive full salary & service fee

- 05 working days as prescribed, 02 days off per week

- Uniforms and meals in shifts are provided by the Hotel | Free parking for motorbikes and cars
