Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tân Bình as a Banquet Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport. The Banquet Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of banquet services, including planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure seamless guest experiences. This role involves coordinating staff schedules, supervising food and beverage service, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
• Exceptional Communication abilities to engage effectively with clients, staff, and vendors
• Comprehensive understanding of Food & Beverage operations in banquet settings
• Experience in training, and managing banquet staff to ensure smooth event execution
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proven experience in event planning or banquet management
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
