I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for internal finance and accounting applications.
  • Ensure that systems meet the needs of internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and operations teams.

2. ERP Management

  • Lead the implementation, customization, and management of ERP systems, primarily Microsoft
  • Dynamics 365 BC/F&O.
  • Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other business tools to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

3. Internal Stakeholder Engagement

  • Gather and prioritize requirements from finance and accounting teams to ensure the systems address their operational challenges.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users, ensuring clear

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Act as the main point of contact with external ERP implementation partners, ensuring timely delivery, clear scope management, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to translate their functional needs into technical specifications for implementation.system compatibility and data integrity.

5. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of finance and accounting systems.
  • Regularly review user feedback and system performance to identify and implement improvements.
  • Compliance & Best Practices
    • Ensure that all systems comply with financial regulations, accounting standards, and data security requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial technology and ERP systems.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on finance and accounting systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/F&O is required.
  • Experience working with external vendors or partners for ERP implementation is essential.
  • Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong advantage.

2. Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of ERP implementations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools, data visualization platforms, and accounting processes.

3. Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system and process challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively and negotiate deliverables and timelines.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

4. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
