1. To collect and count the contents of all cashiers’ envelope daily. To report any discrepancy that may be noted and report to General Accountant 

2. To receive and record in the general cashiers’ daily report and include in the daily deposit all cash and checks received on hand and mail 

3. To prepare and make the bank deposit. To assure that all receipts for the day are deposited the following banking day 

4. To prepare General Cashiers daily report 

5. To issue official receipts for all checks and cash receipts 

6. To provide all outlet cashier with required small denomination to support their operation 

7. To reimburse all outlet cashier for the disbursement made by them in accordance to their operation 

8. To assist accounting representatives in surprise cash counts of the outlet cashier funds 

9. To pay petty cash disbursements which are approved by the Area Financial Controller 

10. To count and balance his/her own floats and properly account for all disbursement made daily. 

11. To maintain organized files of all pertinent cash records 

12. To provide courteous and professional service at all times and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues 

13. To be fully aware of the hotel’s policies and procedures and to adhere to them 

14. To have a complete understanding of the hotel’s policy relating to fire, safety and health 

15. To have a complete understanding of the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained therein 

16. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned 

17. To respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the industry, the company, or the hotel

- Bachelor Degree in Accountant and Finance. 

- Fluent in English - Having experience at the same position is preferable
