- Provide a great knowledge of cocktails, coffee, spirits and an understanding of how a bar operates, and some other important information
- Willing to support other positions
- Create the new beverage recipe if required
- In charge and holds responsibilities of the daily inventory, the month-end inventory of the bar, and anything related to the bar area.
- Ensure that the bar's sanitizing and tidiness meet the expectations.
- Mastering in fixing and controlling the lines, beverage systems.
- Maintaining the quality of the drink.
- Understanding customers' needs and requirement, responds quickly to guests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Report directly to RM, AM if any issue about drink quality, beer line problem or beverage delivery problem.
- Keep track of the systems and bar staffs carefully to make sure no incidents happen.
- Support RM, AM, and leader in observing the restaurant and service standard.
