• Process monthly payroll for 200 employees with accuracy and confidentiality
• Calculate salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and incentives
• Prepare payroll reports and conduct analysis on salary and benefits for management
• Social Insurance and Compliance
• Handle social insurance registration, changes, and claims for employees
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
• Maintain up to date knowledge of labor laws and government policies
• Expat Management
• Support visa, work permit applications and renewals for expatriates
• Contracts and Employee Records
• Prepare, manage, and monitor labor contracts, handle renewals and probation evaluations
• Maintain and update employee database and personnel files

HR Administration - 20 percent

• Support HR Director in HR administrative tasks and other assigned projects
• Provide assistance in HR operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Other Duties
• Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required
• Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge
• Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
• Maintains an update list of applicants and applicant files
• Exercises responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel
• Ensures and practices the utmost protection of office confidentiality
• Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry and hotel

• Full time

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in C&B or HR Executive role.

• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, visa/work permit procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
