Mô tả Công việc
I. Job Purpose:
Prepare the VAS, IFRS reports and tax declarations for the company accurately and timely
Control the transaction records in compliance with Vietnamese and International accounting standards (VAS and IFRS), also ensure to implement the tax regulations completely as well as internal company policies
Review the journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy
II. Job Accountabilities:
Control General Ledger expenses (GL Account, including but not limited to accruals, prepaid expenses, cost of goods sold, utilities, rental fee, IT, R&M, Salary, FA...), check variance & resolve all arising issues
Monthly manage the transactions that related to office level expense
Prepare the breakdown GL of allocation & accrual by monthly basis
Prepare tax reports monthly, quarterly & yearly (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, patent tax...)
Check output and input balance sheet from invoice & system for VAT Tax Report monthly
Run and check costing in the system and prepare, send out GP report based on management requirements
Manage the COA in the system

Prepare consolidated reports and perform current account reconciliation
Prepare monthly analysis reports about lease and impairment as well as other analysis reports required by Finance Director
Coach, develop and manage performance of subordinates effectively, which toward to achieving the committed objective
Assist the line manager to prepare Company's policies / standard procedures relating to General Accounting and provide opinion on preventive / detective controlling point to ensure proper procedure implementing
Other tasks appointed by line manager or above

Degree or higher in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
Minimum 4 years relevant working experience
Strong experience and knowledge in VAS, IFRS, IAS and Tax regulations
Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
Able to work long and irregular hours under high pressure and tight deadline
Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude
Spoken and written English skills are essential. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and accounting systems/software Oracle, SAP...Laptop
