• Assist in coordinating with other departments to plan and manage guest list: keep hotline of ticket selling channel, call RSVP, follow up sending the invitation to guest, analyze guest status, input and update company database after events • Research on partners, direct competitors, related events, events of Forbes Asia & US, event guest's interest, build and contribute ideas for event team • Manage and train volunteers for the check-in area at each event and manage on-site activities • Manage ticket sales agency, conduct ticket sale plan, manage Forbes's ticket channel and report ticket sales revenue • Handle email account to interact with guests (reply to emails & coordinate with other departments to solve the issues of requirements for guests) • Handle event hotline/call center/customer service of the event team to interact with all customer • Assist in event planning and coordination activities • Other tasks requested by Event Manager• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related majors • 1 year of experience in the event industry/ operation, ticket selling or related fields. • Good command of English and Computer skills. • Solid Research Capabilities • Strong communication and presentation skills • Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure • Attention in detail and willingness to learn from new challenges• Clear opportunities for advancement. • Equipped with computers and tools for work. • Social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance according to laws. • 13th month salary. • Paid leave and holidays, vacations. • 1 the new latest magazine per month. • Working day: 8:30 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday.
