As the Group Chief of Commercial Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's business. You will work closely with the GCEO to optimise existing revenue models while creating new ones that align with both short-term results and long-term strategy. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in scaling the Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams. You will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies that increase market share through higher penetration. Your ability to coordinate with various teams will ensure that all marketing objectives are implemented effectively. In addition to this, you will drive new business revenues from potential partners including acute health organisations, governmental (VWOs), insurance, financial and corporate partners.
- Work with the GCEO to optimise existing revenue models and create new revenue streams
- Lead and scale the Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams
- Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics
- Develop, plan, organise, and implement marketing strategies
- Coordinate with the management team to develop marketing and communications strategies

- Direct, build and lead the inside sales team to achieve growth goals
- Develop deep empathy for care recipients and their loved ones as well as their end-to-end user journey
The ideal candidate for the Group Chief of Commercial Development role brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing or business development along with strong leadership skills. With a minimum of 10 years' experience in these fields, you have a detailed understanding of selling directly to organisations and B2B sales management. Your knowledge and experience with local healthcare regulations and the legal framework will be invaluable in this role. You thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment, particularly within the healthcare or technology sectors. Your ability to initiate and close deals end-to-end, build relationships through a consultative approach, and your proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivering results to business plans make you an ideal fit for this role.
- Minimum of 10-year experience in sales and marketing or business development with at least 07 years of management experience
- Detailed knowledge of selling directly to organisations and B2B sales management; partnership channel and e-Commerce channel
- Knowledge and experience with local healthcare regulations and legal framework
- Experience in excelling in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing healthcare or technology environment
- Ability to initiate and close deals end-to-end, build relationships through a consultative approach
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans
